After a casual conversation with the spa’s manager during a trip to the Maldives, Julie learned of the urgent need for higher nail education in remote hotel spas and resorts. Technicians were all providing multiple services, including nails, massage and skin care. It turned out that many technicians were thirsty for a little extra training in nail care, allowing them to have fuller schedules and in turn, make more money (and have less complaints!).
